Alzheimer's/Memory Care
At Somerford Place Roseville, our unique approach to caring for residents with Alzheimer’s or memory loss includes helping each person to continue engaging in the world around them.

Along with providing daily living assistance and coordinating any necessary medical care, we are dedicated to addressing our residents’ cognitive needs. Each staff member receives intensive training specifically in our unique Alzheimer’s care program called Bridge to Rediscovery. Exclusive to Five Star Senior Living communities, Bridge to Rediscovery has brightened the lives of both our residents and their families.

Adult Day Care
Somerford Place Roseville also offers day care for seniors in the local area who need care and assistance during the day while their primary caregiver is at work or otherwise occupied during daytime hours. Instead of staying at home alone, seniors can come to our facility for monitoring and assistance, as well as for social interaction and recreational activities, which often help improve or delay physical or cognitive decline.

Short-term Stays
Somerford Place Roseville also offers short-term stays for seniors who need care after a hospital stay, or when family members travel out of town or simply need a short respite break from the stresses of caregiving.

Short-term stays can vary from a week to months. Short-term guests enjoy housekeeping services, dining, community activities, transportation and other amenities, as well as coordination of any necessary medical care and help with daily living activities.

Hospice
We also offer hospice care so that our residents can remain in the same place while both they and their family receive comfort and care during this difficult time.
